Kick Off Call for Onboarding
We will discuss your account setup and personalization, such as your practitioner details and opening hours, in order to customize your interface to your dental practice. We will also agree on timelines.
Data Migration
We use a systematic approach to the data migration procedure. We will first establish a connection to your server and perform a test data conversion using your current software, storing the data safely in a "sandbox" setting so that your team may examine and confirm. A final conversion is the day before your go live, once you are totally happy with your data. You will have early access so you can begin entering your paper records if you are switching from a paper-based system.
Setting up Cliniify Portal
We will assist with you to ensure that you are confident in configuring Cliniify Portal and online appointment booking to match your practice settings, allowing you to empower your patients to prioritize their dental health.
Training and go live
Training is done to make sure that every member of your team is at ease and confident using the program on the day that you go live with Cliniify. Depending on the needs of your employees, training consists of both group and one-on-one sessions and is typically conducted over two days. The first day is entirely devoted to training while your office is closed to patients. On the second day, everything is practically "normal," but our trainers are available to support your staff and assist with any last-minute system customization.
